S L Constructions was started by Sri. C.N. Sham Sundar in the year 1983 with the aim of providing high quality solutions in the realty segment be it a design for a structure at a certain location, or putting together all the different elements to build that structure and have an impressive track record of completing over 50 such projects.
S L Constructions boasts of top class and experienced in house Architects & Designers which help us complete our projects well in time and we manage both Turn-key as well as Civil projects. Our name has gained great credibility over the years which is seen in our growth as we we gain all new works based on client references or word of mouth.

A Civil Engineer who finished his Masters in Structures in 1986 but has been working since 1983 where he started with a well known contractor in Bangalore by the name of Sri. CSL Gupta and has implemented all kinds of projects in the Realty Industry which include Residential, Commercial as well as Industrial enterprises.

Sujan Ankam
Joined in 2014 to assist his father, Sujan started as a Site Engineer and is now very active in all parts of company expanding their real estate side rapidly following his father's footsteps and bringing in modern ways of Management & Construction techniques into the business.
